Each Player is only permitted to hold one active account at bz4x. Multiple account ownership by the same individual – whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method – is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances and winnings.
bz4x reserves the right to request, at any time, that a Player submit identity verification documents such as a valid national ID or travel document for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Reminder: bz4x employs an automated detection system capable of identifying attempts to register multiple accounts. Any attempt to circumvent this system will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
bz4x supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian players:
The minimum permitted deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no default daily deposit limit, but Players may set their own personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of their Responsible Gaming commitment. bz4x.
Winnings withdrawals are processed by bz4x within 3 to 5 minutes of the request being approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another verified payment method registered under the same Player's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited to prevent money laundering.
bz4x reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review purposes, KYC compliance, or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, the Player will be contacted via their registered email for further information. A Player's legitimate funds will not be confiscated unless there is substantial evidence of fraud or a serious breach of these Terms.
Important Note on Currency: All transactions at bz4x are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bz4x does not accept any foreign currency. Any attempt to make a deposit in a currency other than MYR will be automatically declined.
All Games available on the platform bz4x operates using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and free from any form of manipulation.
Players agree to use the Games on bz4x for personal entertainment purposes only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, bz4x, our directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses suffered by a Player in connection with the use of this platform.
Bz4x does not guarantee that:
Total liability bz4x to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of funds actually deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim in question. This liability cap does not apply to any losses caused by gross negligence or wilful fraud on the part of bz4x.
Players may close their account bz4x at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests from Players will be processed within 24 business hours. Any remaining balance in the account prior to closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to compliance with all applicable withdrawal conditions.
bz4x reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:
In cases of closure due to serious violations, bz4x reserves the right to hold account balances pending the completion of an internal investigation. Players whose accounts have been suspended may submit an appeal by email to the bz4x support team, including relevant justification and supporting documents.
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed exclusively in accordance with the laws applicable to bz4x's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the platform, bz4x, shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and bz4x.
If a resolution is not reached through negotiation within 30 days from the date the dispute was first notified in writing to bz4x, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by bz4x, or to an alternative dispute resolution body recognised by the regulatory authority that issued bz4x's licence.
Players agree that they will not take any legal action against bz4x without first going through the dispute resolution process outlined above. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
